Delete your account & data
You can request the permanent deletion of your Ayknow account and all related data at any time. Please contact our support team to start the process. We’ll send a confirmation email to your registered address before deletion begins.
How to delete your account
Step 1 — Send your request
Email support@ayknow.app from the address linked to your account. Include your registered email and, if possible, your in-app username.
Step 2 — Confirm via email
For your security, we’ll send a confirmation message to the same email address. Once you confirm, your deletion request will be processed.
Step 3 — Data removal
After confirmation, all your personal data and account information will be permanently deleted from our systems, except where retention is legally required. You’ll receive a final confirmation email once it’s completed.
